What is covered
Quality defects that occur during normal use of your Pluva Heating Pad. Pluva provides a free replacement within the applicable coverage period.
How the dates work
Base coverage lasts 3 months from delivery. Register within those first 3 months to extend coverage to 12 months from delivery. Registration does not restart the clock.
Register your pad
Enter your email. Your order number is optional. Keep your proof of purchase. We may ask for it when checking a service request. A saved registration alone does not verify an order or confirm eligibility.

Your choices and existing rights
Registration is optional. You can use the App and contact support without registering. No marketing subscription or public review is required. This program covers quality defects; it is not a no-reason return program. Applicable commitments for earlier purchases and your rights under applicable law remain in place.
